Welcome to the Department of Music and Fine Arts! Here, we equip students with the skills to succeed in the creative arts and prepare them for real world opportunities.

We offer a 45 SH major in studio art, designed around a variety of multi-tiered courses in basic design and theory, painting, drawing, traditional and digital darkroom photography practices, sculpture, mixed media, contemporary art theory and visual culture.

Students involved in both fields of study will have the opportunity to present their skills to the public. Music students have the opportunity to perform in a variety of ensembles, while studio art students will benefit from professional experience gained through exhibition opportunities offered through the gallery space on campus.
