A Fresh Start
Amanda Josiah, who recently received her white lab coat to mark the start of her clinical training with Pfeiffer University’s bachelor of science in nursing program, is looking forward to the seemingly endless options that a career in nursing can bring.
After her former employer, an electrical contractor based in Washington State, eliminated her administrative assistant position during a downsizing, Amanda discovered Pfeiffer University after relocating to North Carolina to live near her family. After meeting with Program Director Dr. Dianne Daniels, Amanda’s decision to start a new career in nursing was made.
