Future teachers from Pfeiffer University and RCC student cohort host free educational summer activities at the Asheboro Public Library

Asheboro Library resizedThis summer, Pfeiffer University's Department of Education, including several education degree candidates enrolled in a cohort at Randolph Community College, is presenting at Asheboro Public Library educational programs for local school-age children. On July 16, Pfeiffer and RCC hosted Passport Around the World, where 34 kids learned about their community, state, nation and the world. The next event, a geography bee titled Where in the World is Freddie Falcon?, will take place on Mon., July 23.
